Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 March 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Sked Solve (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Description of the Service
Sked Solve is a software platform for shift planning, requests and related features, offered as SaaS. Features may change over time. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, but we strive to keep it reasonably available.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. You must notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: attempt unauthorised access to systems or data; interfere with the Service; use the Service for unlawful, discriminatory or harmful activity; upload malware or harmful content; perform unauthorised automated scraping or overload the system.
5. Your content and data
You retain rights to content and data you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display such data as needed to provide the Service for you and, where applicable, your organisation. You warrant that you have the rights and authorisations needed for the data you upload.
6. Intellectual property
Sked Solve, its name and related materials are owned by their respective owners. No licence is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Service under these Terms. Copying, modifying or distributing the software or documentation without authorisation is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed, where permitted, the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim or, if lower, one hundred euros (EUR 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases the minimum legal limits apply.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risks or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limitations, intellectual property) remain in effect after termination.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Courts in Italy shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence where applicable.
