- Who counts toward my plan limit?
- People you add to your account (across all locations) and use for shift planning, up to the maximum for the tier you choose.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. When your team grows or shrinks, you can move to another tier (in-app or with support) so you stay aligned with the real number of people.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Start a free trial from the app and try scheduling, requests and notifications with your team.
- How do I contact support?

- Is Sked Solve available on mobile?
- Yes. You can use the Android app and the web version.
- How does yearly payment work?
- You pay once for twelve months and save two months. You can pick it when you subscribe, or switch later: in that case the yearly plan starts when the period you have already paid for ends, and nothing is charged before then.
- What if the team grows during the year?
- You can change band whenever you want, even mid-year: you only pay the difference for the remaining months and the renewal date does not move. If the team shrinks instead, the lower band starts at the next renewal.
