Account and data deletion (Sked Solve)
This page applies to the Sked Solve app and service. It explains how to request deletion of your account and related data.
How to request deletion
- Send the email from the address linked to your Sked Solve account when possible, so we can verify the request.
- Use exactly the subject line shown below, without changes.
- Include the information listed below in the message body. We may reply to confirm your identity and complete the process if needed.

Include: your full name; the email address used to register the account; your organization or tenant name if applicable; a clear request to permanently delete your account and personal data associated with the Sked Solve service. If you cannot send from the registered email, provide details that help us verify account ownership.
Data deleted, data retained, and timing
After a verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account within the Sked Solve service (for example profile, preferences, shift scheduling data, and content linked to your user), except where we must retain information by law.
We may retain certain data for as long as required by law (for example accounting or tax records, dispute evidence) or data that is no longer identifiable (aggregated statistics). Security backups may contain residual copies that are removed or overwritten within a limited technical retention window (typically up to 90 days), unless a longer period is legally required.
Your request is processed within 14 days of verification; backups or legal duties may require more time. You will receive email confirmation when processing is finished or if further checks are needed.
